We are very experienced in installing security systems in larger new build domestic properties. We have worked on projects of up to 32,000 sq. ft. (that's a big house!). We manufacture our own very high quality specialist finishes in chrome, brass and stainless steel all designed to blend in with the other fixtures and fittings e.g. light switches and plug sockets.


Design Stage
We can work with you and your architect at the designing stage of the development to tailor the systems to suit you and your family's requirements. We can incorporate into the property:

Our staff are very experienced at working on new build installations, at this stage we can install all of the cables and back boxes prior to plastering and the ceiling being installed. To help site security at this stage we will install security warning signs.


Second Fit Installation

When the development is water tight e.g. windows and doors are installed and a permanent electrical supply is connected, then we will return and get part of the alarm active. This will help protect the property prior to kitchens and bathrooms being installed.

Third Fit Installation

When the development is decorated inside and just prior to occupation, we will return and finish the systems by installing the finishing touches e.g. standard plastic, chrome/brass keypads, sounders, personal attack buttons, door entry system cover plates etc.
